Hotel Romanico Palace

Great experience and excellent location. We had some noisy neighbors other than that it would have been perfect.

Location and prices are correct. Comfort also. The lobby could be more pleasant and cosy. If required, the staff does its work, but could be much more cooperative and useful to their clients who are not supposed to know the city and way of life. (public transport,city tours, restaurants, etc..).

On the whole the hotel was of a good condition, Well located,and the breakfast restaurant was clean and the staff pleasant. disappointed that the restaurant did not open in the evenings, maybe I read the description wrongly. Communal area downstairs a little bit cramped. Hotel Desk reception staff desperately in need of Charm school lessons.

The hotel is located a few blcoks off the Via Veneto on a street with many banks and lots of security guards. Although the hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own, they have an excellent complimentary breakfast buffet on the roof top each morning and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are nicely furnished. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are efficient and courteous too. Also, the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps are within 15 minutes walking distance. It's not inexpensive, but I recommend this hotel to value conscious luxury travelers.

The room itself was as I had seen on the internet, however, it was small. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modernized. The staff was helpful and cooperative. The dining outside was not useful because the hours don't work for travelling. If we were only staying in a hotel, okay, but to be up and out, it didn't work out. Disappointing.

The room (315) was extremely small for a deluxe room of € 310 per night. It did not have any normal chairs as there was simply no space around the bed. Breakfast was very poor. I travel really a lot (for business) and this was by far the worse in many years.

• The city rome itself

The service was very bad! We were there in our honeymoon trip and the last day in the hotel we ask for a wake-up call. Nobody did not pay attention and we almost lost the train. Next time for sure I will chose smth better.
