Very nice staff, but a little dingy. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

The bathroom had some mildew in it and the overall appearance of the hotel was a little drab. |

My room had no blanket so I had to dress and go down and ask for on. The shower had no shower curtain and when I turned the shower on only hot water came out and I could not adjust it. Then it became ice cold and still I could not adjust it and now there was water all over the bathroom, it was a mess. And then you had the gall to charge me for holding my luggage for one night and desk clerk could not even help me.

Well situated,close to subway, busses etc.and to the Termini station but " on the right side". Quite, clean hotel with very friendly staff at the reception desk.
