Hotel Caracciolo

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, esp the daytime staff. I was not impressed about the booking process as I booked the room and booking gave me 4 rooms then when I tried to change it I only got 1 room for 1 night and again I had to change it to get 1 room for 2 nights, I tried to email the hotel and no success so had to modify the booking , hence incur a higher price. When I disputed my bill with the hotel they said I could have changed it but I was led to believe via their emails that I couldnt. In good faith they could have given me the discount but NO that was out of the question.I was travelling so it was not always possible to find email access to discuss it further.

	Noise from courtyard as no airconditioning so had to have window open as it was hot.

Nice and tidy hotel with friendly staff.
