	The location and the kindness of the staff
	Cleanliness has some room for improvement

The room was spartan- small , cramped and without amenities. The floor was quite dirty - our feet were actually dirty once we walked upon it with bare feet.

	The hotel was very well located for touring Rome. The daytime desk person was very helpful.

A nice place for those who like large beds and little space around. The location is romantic but narrow. Thin paperlike walls permit to follow every conversation etc. in the neighbour rooms. The major inconvenience was the bad funghilike smell in the bathroom. One should never keep the bathroom door closed on fan off. The smell will accumulate. The staff was committed to help on every problem they could..
