Clean, courteous, friendly.

The staff was friendly and courteous the room was cleaned in a timely manner and overall the experience was very refreshing,

Internet availability was intermittant and limited (for a hotel with 4 floors, there was only one computer console...and it only worked certain times of the day). Overall, the value for the money compared to other experiences was poor.

THE HOTEL IS ON GOOD PLACE NEAR THE vATICAN MUSEUM, AND CALM PLACE. EASY FACILITES BECAUSE ONE GOOD RESTAURANT IS NEAR OF THE HOTEL. WE HAVE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE COOKING CHEF IS SO GOOD AND HE ALWAY SMILE. VERY GOOD HOTEL.
