Grand Hotel Plaza

We did not recieve the lodging we has anticipated, there were three of us and I requested beds for all of us, not a cot or pull out couch. If you do use a pullout couch, it should be at least comfortable. The only other room available had a huge amount of construction noise. The windows didn't close, the bathroom constantly smelled of urine, the drapes were falling down and could not close. The internet in the lobby was not accessible and sometimes we couln't even reach the lobby phone from our phone, after several tries the call would go through. The lobby is lovely and breakfast was nice but other than that it was certainly not deserving of five stars.

The hotel is at the centre of the city and very close to everywhere. The inside decoration of the room is old and the WARM water of the bathroom's shower is not enough to take a shower.

Extremely good hotel. Superb quality luxury double rooms with antechamber , staff good with no real warmth however.
