Everest Inn

The hotel is within walking distance from Termini station(5 min), 30 sec on foot from metro station and within walking distance from all major sightseeings in Rome. Although the building is old - like all other buildings in Rome center-, it is pretty well maintened with new furniture, equipment and whatnot. The staff is very polite and professional, while either the neighborhood or the hotel are safe.
