Great location, and useful maps, leaflets provided by hotel. Room very small but we didn't spend a lot of time there. We asked for a quiet room at the back and hardly heard a sound. Some building work still taking place and the view from our window was of building materials in an internal court yard. Nice toiletries. Good room service. Everyone at the Hotel spoke English which was just as well as our Italian isn't up to much. Staff very helpful at all times.

• The breaksfasts were expensive at 15E but worth every cent, you can eat as much as you like from a huge choice and just people watching is a great experience. Loved the coffees and hot chocolate. Also bar staff very friendly and made us feel welcome.
• The lights shorted out in our room about 9.30 one eve and we were eventually told no fix that night and did we want to move rooms, we said no as so dark. We had showers in semi darkness the next day and were annoyed that we had to argue for a complimentary breakfast as compensation. We had asked for a torch which was not provided. The lights were fixed the next day after breakfast. The view from our window was about as bad as it gets but it was worth it for the quiet location.

The checking in service was painfully slow. The room was very small and extremely noisy. As the hotel didn't seem exteremely busy I don't think it was necessary to put us on the main road and in a room next to someone practising a piano (badly) at 8am. However, location was perfect and it was very clean. The bar staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was good. Room was quite small, but otherwise ok.

This hotel is in a very good location. Just a few minutes from ancient rome(Collosseum, Forum Romanum...). The standard rooms are a bit small but it's right for a city stay. Take a room away from the street because the via Nazionale is very noisy. The breakfast is with 15 € a day and person expensive, but there is a supermarket and a cafeteria in front of the hotel.

We found the Hotel very central for touring and sigtseeing with plenty of worth while sights within walking distance.

• Not being able to get an iron for the room. An ironing service is a great idea but at €6.00 per shirt it could get quiet exspensive.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location but also for the standard of accomodation advertised which was thankfully as expected! The room was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was also totally quiet so the advertised sound proofing obviously works! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations so breakfast had to be served in the room at extra cost or was served in the restaurant opposite the hotel. Not really a major problem but worth a mention for anybody booking soon. All in all a very pleasnt stay and a good location for sightseeing.

Excellent hotel, close to terminal, which makes it easy to reach any spot in town.

• great value for money

The part of the hotel in which we stayed was very nice with its newly renovated carpets, etc. The staff were efficient and accomodating in every way. It was disappointing that there was no food service because of other ongoing renovations.

• The cleanliness and location of the hotel, and it seemed a relatively good value.
• The card key system that is linked to the electricity to the room was a dreadful nuisance. Every time we tried to enter the room it took at least three or four attempts to unlock the door. And having to keep the same room key inserted in the slot next to the door to keep the lights on was extremely inconvenient.

Hotel is close to main attractions and the tremini train terminal, yo can go everywhere by walking.
