We found the staff very helpful. The room was small as expected and the suitcase could not be laid out except on the bed. The location was good and small grocery stores and restaurants were within 1/2 block of the hotel. Close to train station but we still took a cab. It is about a block to the metro but there are only 3 metro lines in the form of an X in the city.
