I enjoyed the hotel thoroughly. As a lone traveler and spending some evenings in the hotel, I was happy that the room was comfortable, that there was a widescreen tv to watch and air conditioning if needed, and a really nice bathroom. As all other reviewers had said, the staff is great and will help you with everything. A real bonus, given typical Continental breakfast in Europe, was the grand buffet every morning. It was similar to an American buffet breakfast with all the works--including champagne. The bar downstairs was convenient as well, and having free water and sodas in the mini-bar in the room was a real plus.

• As a first time traveler to Rome, I was concerned about the neighborhood and being close to the train station, as some reviewers had commented. It was a great location, I felt totally safe day or night, and there were stores and restaurants in the neighborhood, which was great for me. The walk to the Colosseum is about 15 minutes or so, showing how conveniently located the hotel is.

Service was very good. The breakfast was perfect and the room was very nice.

The hotel was very accessible and convenient for walking throughout the city. I made a return visit and have to admit it was lovely to go back to a familiar and friendly place in Rome. The hotel was also very reliable and helpful in providing details for my getting from the airport to the location - I really appreciated that and would stay there again and recommend it to others.

• Friendly staff. My needs were covered. I really appreciated that as I didn't use the bar fridge drinks I was loaned an electric jug for making coffee. Preparedness for small considerations like that is what brings people like me back - thanks.

LOVELY HOTEL - CLEAN & CONTEMPORARY ROOMS ALTHOUGH QUITE SMALL. STAFF EXTREMELY HELPFUL BUT BREAKFAST FAIRLY BASIC. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN BUT THE LOCATION WASN'T GREAT DUE TO BEING CLOSE TO THE TERMINI STATION & IN THE MORE RUNDOWN PART OF THE CITY.

Hotel has great location and fine ground floor. Rooms are clean enough, but not the corridors and old elevators. Breakfasts are very good for this level of hotel and Italy.

Price quality was OK, not a real 4 star hotel (more a good 3 star). Bathroom was not good. Bed and breakfast were OK.

Good location for all travllers - while gating out railway station, you can find ARISTON signboard at the corner, it is good for us to save energy after long time flight. Even for left, it is also very easy to approach railway station, at least you can wake up later than anyone stay inside the city, no traffic. Old building, not such large lobby, room looks small for single and twins room, but double room at 5th floor is nice. Fashion design, vivid color, enough room, everything is comfortable. Silence even though locates at the noisy street. Staff is warm for us. I think it is good for the travellers, at least my wife and I felt good for this Hotel.
