Charming! To match your beautiful, magical city! Add shower curtains and it would have been perfect.

Excellent location -potentially superb Hotel. Service not so good -lack of "service mentality" due to former Soviet habits and attitude.

I have stayed in Hotels all over the World ...I only had one complaint about my stay in Riga I should have taken with me a better pair of walking shoes to cope with the cobbled streets! I will go back and I will be staying at the Hotel Grand Palace, the staff were superb and I cannot find one fault with the Hotel...likewise Riga is a beautiful City with superb shops and public parks everything is within walking distance...I will return!!!!!

	Shopped! Shopped! enjoyed the open air concert in the main square adjacent to the hotel ..I have a wonderful time!
	The Hotel outside of the hotel was being renovated and scaffolding was up but this did not cause any problems whatsoever.

Nice accommodation. Room is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Charming hotel, with comfortable, spacious rooms superbly situated for sightseeing and business within the Old Town. Staff try hard to be helpful and service minded, though communication style perhaps still lacks a little polish - a matter which could doubtless be remedied by appropriate management and guidance. Being in a restricted traffic precinct, taxi took 15 minutes to arrive at a time of day when one might reasonably expect near-instant availability, a factor to be borne in mind on departure for the airport. Otherwise, to be recommended as a great place to stay in Riga
