The breakfast and location. |

I have 2 unhappiness as follows: Two female cleaning workers opened our door and rushed into our room without knocking the door ( they were supposed to add an extra bed to us). They were so rude and very impolite that I'd never seen indeed! Secondly,the Lift in the Reception lobby was out of order, but no signage to redirect us to another lift, I waited there for a few minutes, no staff told me what was goiog on! |

Paid over the odds for a seafront room by taking half board, which was the only option available. The room was worth it for the stunning views. But the dinner was awful, not decent Greek food but fake "western" food of the worst quality. It was inedible, and the worst food we have had in 20 years on Rhodes. We skipped dinner on the second day and went elsewhere. The breakfast, on the other hand, was fine.

Ideal location for visiting both Old and New Town. Buffet breakfast the best ever; you won't leave the table hungry. Even dinner was excellent. We had a single partial ocean view and one jr. suite for myself and my husband and our grown daughter; we asked to change the single room to be on the same floor and they were happy to oblige, even giving us a double. The suite was a corner room so we could see from the Aquarium, along the beach, down to the Mandraki (harbor) and beyond. An incredible view and very good value.

OCean view, breakfast and helpful concierge. Also they were willing to serve a 5 a.m breakfast before our 7 am flight to Athens. Very accommodating. |

Very good hotel with very friendly staff who really put an effort to make your stay pleasant. And one of the waiters speaks very good Finnish!

Excellent location almost on the beach, not far away from the old town and the night life streets. A wonderful sea view and beautiful sound of waves in the night - if one leaves the balcony door open (but very good sound isolation is actually an advantage). |

everything was very good in terms of service level etc., the only disadvantage is that there was no gym and no garden, and the pool area is very small. Also, some entertainment facilities would definitelly add extra points (like table tennis or biljard tables or mini-golf...) |

I liked the hotel very much. It is very close to the beach. The breakfast was very nice. The rate for the room is OK. It is perfect. I will stay at the same hotel next time. The staff is very friendley.
