Hotel Residence Agnes

This was one of the most amazing hotels we've ever experienced. Their attention to detail and customer service is beyond superb. We felt like family the moment we stepped in the door. They truly care about their guests and absolutely nail it. The moment we walked in they offered us a glass of wine, sat down with us and helped us navigate the city. They also helped us secure train tickets to our next location (which we were having difficulty getting, so they drove us to the train station and the driver walked us to exactly where we needed to go) made spa appointments and dinner recommendations and reservations plus more. We'll go back to Prague simply to stay at this hotel again. In addition, the location is great. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Nice, quiet area within easy walking distance of main attractions (5 - 10 minutes, most.)

Noting how pleasant and helpful the staff were to visitors who couldn't accept the booking in time and wanted to be in the rooms when they arrived.

Not with the hotel, however in view of what I saw there regarding book in times, perhaps making it clearer on the booking acknowledgements that whilst the hotel will store luggage, (as they did with our luggage on the day of departure), access to the rooms will not be given until the accepted time. After all your staff only have a limited time to clean vacated rooms.
