Ramada by Wyndham Airport Prague

Our stay at your hotel was NOT a pleasant experience. My wife and I consider ourselves very lucky to still be alive.We were in Room No. 211 on the night of February 18th.Early morning on February 19th. my wife woke up smelling SMOKE. Immediately we noticed one of the night table lamps SMOKING because the light bulb was burning a BIG hole in the yellow plastic shade on the lamp.We don't know if the material was plastic. All we know is it was BURNING.I called the front desk and the lady on duty came running to our room.The lady unplugged the lamp from the wall and took what was left of the lamp with her.There was a BIG hole in the lamp shade.I took two (2) photos. When we checked out (the same lady checked us out) the lamp was on the check-out counter.If my wife did NOT wake up when she did we could both be dead.This is NOT service.It was putting our lives in DANGER.The TOTAL BILL for our one (1) night stay was 5301.50 CZK. That included 1250.00 and 1230.00 CZK for the two meals that we ate in your restaurant (which was OVER-PRICED for what we received)
