Geen lift, geen lounge (begane grond verhuurd aan 3-en).

Helpful staff and great location.

No tea and coffee facilities, hotel still being renovated, breakfast room in a cold room underground. Maybe reduce price during renovations.

Clean and comfortable, convenient location, excellent and friendly front desk staff, good breakfast.

Wifi didn't work at all for one of us and should extend to the whole hotel not just a small area in reception.

Rest in the room despite near the shipyard and the church.

I has gotten no room for my hotel bill from the mission statement for my company because I have posted on your agency. The bill I get from you I was told. Is that so??

Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Have stayed here twice. November 2010 and July 2011. It was a lot nosier in July. Air conditioning would be a bonus, but may not be able to install because of protected/listed building status.

The location is really excellent. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. Staff friendly and multilingual. Out and check-in was fast.

The room where we stayed was very small double room. Another next to the bed did not fit even the bedside tables. Nor any extra floor space was. Shampoo missing we had to ask for them separately. The hotel was the presentation of the image that the rooms are large and excellent amenities, this is not a welcome drink was. The room is air-conditioning so the windows had to be kept open when the street was compounded hard metelli morning until midnight.

Rooms were clean, good beds!

We have our serious mistake. We have underestimated how Prague has become commercially (in verfgelijking ten years ago when we were there) and how busy it has become especially outgoing public. It was hot, mid july 2010, a room without air conditioning (we knew) as a result we had the windows open laten.Tot 2-3 hours in the morning was really noisy and at 5:30 were the suppliers to the hotels and shops work do. Obviously, the cleaning of the municipality. People who choose this hotel above should not be underestimated. The bathroom looks great. I was not rigid or stiff but it was not easy for me to get in the bath. I estimate that the bath 60 cm high without a step and without a bracket which you can hold. The heat, noise and disappointing hotel we planned (and paid) days are not fully created and the journey home before begun.
