Initially, the welcome from the reception staff and their subsequent helpfulness; the wonderful choice for breakfast; continual top up of coffee at breakfast; cleanliness overall; comfortable beds.
Only a very minor grumble, but the size of the room and closeness of single beds enforces an intimacy of non-related travelling companions. A little more separation would have been appreciated.

We had a really excellent stay in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was in a fantastic central location and was very comfortable, clean etc. I would highly recommend it to others
