Hotel Three Storks

We are experienced travellers and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels. The three storks has very poor service. The room was very cold despite having had four heaters, all of which did not work. We had to ask for a radiator which should not be the case for a hotel that is supposed to be 4 star. Th breakfast is basic, but at least something. Also, despite requesting that the sheets in our room be changed, they were not. Appalling!! The staff are very unhelpful. We told one staff member to book us on a nice orchestra concert. When we got there, it was not the concert we booked. The pamphlet on the hotel desk was completely out of date. The hotel staff should have spotted this. The concert we say cost a lot of money and this was wasted!! I would not stay here gain and would invite others thinking of staying here to stay somewhere else. If I received that sort of service in the UK, I would be asking for my money back. I had contacted the hotel by email twice before we arrived and I did not get one response. I proposed to my girlfriend in Prague and everything went well except for this awful hotel experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is a very nice place to stay; I went with my wife and we really enjoy the comfortable the room was, the luxury and the the kindness of the staff.
