Location, staff attitude, free wi-fi, decor.
No issues perhaps steep steps which may not suit older travelers but there is a lift available(very tiny) but it is there. I do realize that it is an old building and probably protected by national trust so it is not possible to perform miracles. It was not an issue for me as they do have a very helpful janitor.

Nice hotel, classic style very central! The only thing that was disappointing a bit was the breakfast which was very minimal for a buffet. Then again, it's only a small hotel with very few rooms, so you can't expect miracles!

Beautiful hotel.rooms large and spacious.staff friendly and helpful.buffet breakfast lots of choice.

A really nice hotel in an ideal location for sightseeing. The hotel is split over 2 sides of the road, with executive rooms only on one side. We were in the other building but still very pleased with the room and a nice continental breakfast.

It is a very nice hotel located just near the Prazky Hrad in a picturesque street.

The best point about this hotel is its perfect location. the staff appeared to be very friendly and pleasing, and the room itself was close to perfection.
Unfortunately, no one among the staff could speak Russian, which caused certain difficulties.
