Received nice reception at hotel. Room on the 3rd floor was a bit gloomy but large. The Hotel restaurant is excellant, the restaurant/bar staff are helpful and efficient. The trams are regular but did not cause sleeplessness. All problems are solvable at reception. Would stay again as the Hotel is good value for monry.

The breakfast was very good.

The reception in the night was not so obliging,and friendly at all,The room he had given us was warm and without aircondition,we asked him to get another room,his reaction was arrogant and refused to give us another room because it was fully booked,so we decided to go to another hotel,suddendly he said he has a room on the 2nd floor for us,we took the room on the 2nd floor, we realised it was very loud in the morning.The other man in the reception in the morning was very friendly and helpful
