The location is excellent. Right size room for two people.
I had no WIFI in the rooms (only on the first floor). It has some employees (especially night shift) that are not helpful. (It is worth mentioning the man who is in charge of the mails, if they showed the extremely helpful for us and in general).

The location is excellet (just in the center). The parking place for the car is just nearby.

The hotel was very nice with a good location at the heart of the Old Town in Prague. Room itself was quite good. Only problem was with the view because window faced the dark wall of Kotva supermarket. Staff was friendly, although they were sometimes quite busy which caused some odd situations. Hotel was quite expensive if You compare it with other Hotels with same quality and facilities.

In my opinion, the quality of the hotel did not meet the price. It was quite expensive if You compare it with other Hotels with same quality. Food supply at the breakfast did not work: serving area was very concise with full of grabbing people.

CENTRAL BASED, CLOSED TO METRO, CLEAN AND QUIET, TWO LIFTS FOR ROOMS.

THE CENTRAL LOCATION, THE KINDNESS OF THE STAFF.
THE PLATES FOR BREAKFAST SMELL OF EGGS (JUST SMELL, IN FACT THEY WERE PERFECTLY CLEANED); I WOULD SUGGEST THEM TO USE AN APPROPRIATE DETERGENT, LEMON BASED OR OTHER.

Breakfast good,nice hotel,male receptionist was grumpy.Main gripe was that we had no room lighting,which we reported to the receptionist and went out.We came back,nobody on reception said it was fixed,it wasn't.The next morning on checkout we reported it again to a different receptionist who explained that we had to put our room card in a swipe box behind the door.A bit too late I thought.

Breakfast,location and room was nice,for prague,when it was light.
