The proximity to downtown and the metro

1. Smoking is universally acknowledged to be unacceptable. Having a smoking area in the hotel lobby means that non smokers (the vast majority of the population) must walk through that smoke to get to the Reception area. A number of countries in the EU have banned smoking inside buildings and I think you should ban smoking inside your hotel as soon as possible. This is a VERY serious problem especially for your staff that must work in the smoke. The dangers of passive smoking (breathing in other peoples' smoke are well known. 2. A minor point - a kettle in the room so that guests can make a cup of tea/coffee in the room would be nice

The rooms

Yes, I lost my glasses on my room. I forgor them, when checking out, but when I came back, to pick up my suitcases, I asked for my glasses, but they were not there! I am sure, they were on the small table under the TV.
