EA Hotel Crystal Palace

The Hotel rooms were very comfortable but rather small. I did not think the location was ideal as it took about 10 minutes to Wensleslas Square and not 2 as advertised but for a 3 day visit as ours was it was ideal.

Everything was at the best

Excellent location, only 10 minutes from Wenceslas square. Free internet and a quiet location. Only problem was bookings could be in euros, dollars or pounds ..... but had to pay the bill in koruna using the "tourist rate" ...... why.

I was more than satisfied, for a 2 days stay to discover Prague, I found the accomodation perfect. Walking distance from all sights, small but practicly furnished rooms, clean and lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast excellent. And special thank for being fair. I mean everything worked as we agreed via Euroagentur booking.

This is the best 4* hotel I visited last three year in Europe.

The hotel was clean and in a reasonably good location. The breakfast was not very good. The staff seemed to struggle with English, but knew enough when it suited their purpose. I do not think it warrented a 4* rating. The room was not cleaned very well, bits on the carpet were still there after cleaning.
