The worst place! were poorly attended, poorly informed, they changed our hotel sent us to the other end of town, not worried about anything with the client, we lost five hours in the city, all horrible!

Staff at hotel bar impossible, unkindly. Too many children (students ) at same time, generates noise. Breakfast room is more ^cantine as hotel room. Radio was defectiv, TV just few programms. Over all I would book the hotel again, but on the other side (not the main entrancy).

We were very pleased with the hotel accommodation and liging close to the tram and a metro and tram supermarkt.De was easily accessible within fifteen minutes in binnenstad.Een nice time in Prague had.

Sufficently comfortable even if not much elegant: old furniture, uncomfortable bathroom, no frigobar, TV set very old (b/w). Has a look and feel style "russian". Anyway very good value for money.
