Grand Hotel Bernardin

A nice hotel, friendly staff. Everything is clean. The beach facilities could be modernized, there is an "concrete" gray feeling: concrete walking area with no decorations. The beach is anyway the main attraction in this type of hotel. The balconies need some "face lift", too.

the nicest thing we found about this hotel, was the lovely view on the sea and the little balcony with rosemary, just to sit and watch and listen to the waves.

Good hotel, excellent location, some staff doesen't speak good English

Very nice hotel with good location between the two cities. Excellent breakfast!

	Location, nice sea view, good beach compard to other hotels and good food.
	Your restaurant staff (e.g. during breakfast) seems too hiearcival to us. Too many old or junger men just standing and treating service staff badly even though they did a good job.

Nice place, fine Hotel. Nevertheless, taking into accout that the place is close to Piran, the hotel is directly located at the shore they were not able to leave (st least in some areas) the socialistic times. It would be worth trying to do some more extra ordinary, keep on improving. Having, for example, the same stuff for breakfast every day (and the preparation might be improved as well), having to fight for towels (they ran out of them ob the "beach" every day latest by noon) got to be improved.

	same breakfast every day, towels for swimming needed to be captured eaarly in the morning or you had to use your own ones, used glasses were not changed, Ashtray was not emptied, most "markisen" need urgently to be replaced, and I coould go on...but it was a nice stay

Great hotel very good friendly staff most of the time.

	Very impressed with staff in Reception, Snack bar by the pool and restaurant.
	Staff in bar upper level near reception were not friendly or helpful.

A perfect hotel at the perfect place right on the beach, perhaps the best location of the whole Slovenian coast.
