Hotel Jezero

• location was perfect..reservation,booking and check in was smooth..given the prices of dinner in area resturants ..full board would have been a good value..dinner ala carte was neither great or a good value ..our only complaint

• It's a nice hotel in a gorgeous place. The hotel is 3-4 minutes away from the entrance to the Plivitce Lakes Natioanl Park. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was good. The entrance fee to the national park is 110 kuna per person for one day. However, if you stay at the hotel, they will stamp your ticket and you can enter the park the next day as well without any additional cost.
• Although rooms are very nice, comfortable and have most of the amenities, they do not have A/Cs. Also, after the hike through the national park, there is nothing to do at the hotel other than sitting and watching tv.

we expected a 4 stars hotel, as promissed. the JEZERO hotel is more like a very big hostel. the room was very small and the beds were not comfotable. it is definately not a 4 star hotel.

the only thing i hated in this hotel was th smell of cigarettes/ havenm't you people heard about the ban on smoking in public places?

Not luxurious but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The food was good - a large selection including local style dishes, and served in generous portions by mostly friendly staff. The dining room caters more to the bus loads full of tourists than to couples looking for a romantic retreat so is big and a bit impersonal and the wait staff very efficient. The view overlooking the park from the balcony of my room was spectacular.

• The location of the Hotel Jezero is probably the best of all the hotels there.
• The distance of the Hotel from the public bus stop on the main road made it awkward to get to, with no signs indicating the way. The staff were happy to give us a lift to the bus stop on departure and presumably would have met us on arrival had we asked to be picked up.

I enjoyed myself very much at your hotel. IT is very nice and comfortable place. The staff at the reception was very polite , especially Maria. However, you need to fix the heating pipes system. We couldn't sleep at night , it was too noisy.

It is in my opinion a "average hotel" with a positive tendency

• The National Park "Plitvicka Jezera" and the location of the Hotel.
• The breakfast is not international standard for 4*-Hotels

The nature around the hotel is just wonderful. The staff we met were polite and professional
