The New Esplanade Hotel

We found the accommodation good. Rooms were clean and staff and service good. However, for what ever reason, conversations and noise from next room was a bit of a concern around 0100hrs.

Hotel was very close to the centre of Perth and very good value for money. The room was large and very confortable. The only disappointing thing was that, although there was a kettle and milk, there were no Tea or Coffee sachets that I could see. There was also no soap, shampoo etc in the bathroom so you needed to ensure that you bought your own. There was a shower was substance in a dispenser on the wall of the shower which seemed strange considering there were no wash clothes provided to use with it. Other than those little things that you usually expect to see in a hotel, it was quite good and I would stay there again.

Great views. Deluxe suite was spacious. Kitchen Facilities were sparse. Bathroom was very tired looking.Lighting over bath poor. Toilet seat black should be white. Towels were also old and tired. No face washers or hand towels. This could be a great boutique hotel with a little money and imagination.

	See above. No longer seems to have a restaurant only does breakfast.
