Starhotels Du Parc

My wife is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Our room was NOT adequate - it was impossible to get her wheelchair into the bathroom, which was NOT modified for disabled use in any way!

	The hotel is conveniently located to the adjacent park but is a long walk from the historic city center.

Overall a good choice although the hotel is located away from the city centre and caters to bus tours and is also a convention centre. These last two characteristics make it a bit more impersonal.

Clean and nice hotel. Too far from the centre.

	Expensive. Also mini bar was too expensive. € 5 for one small bier is too much.

Apart of our being satisfied with the hotel we are convinced that the kitchen - your cooking - is looking for much more attention and amelioration!

	We had dinner as well as breakfast and think there is need of much more attention to them.

A very nice hotel close to a beautiful park. One can reach the center of the city by foot (15-20 min). Our room was very confortable, minibar offers a variety of snaks and drinks and the consumables in the bathroom (soaps, foam bath, etc) were of high quality. During our staying we felt very safe due to existence of CCTV. The parking was locked and controled also by CCTV. The common areas (reception, breakfast room etc) were very sophisticated.

	Its location: we could reach the historical center of the city by foot. The room: it was big with a big bathroom. Parking facility (area controlled with camera).
	The room was not ready at the time of our arrival (13h00') and we got another room that was not cleaned that same date (the towels in the bathroom were hanging there for a lot of time).

	location is good, public spaces and rooms are spacious, staff is helpful and competent

Advertised as having a direct link the park, but if there was we didn't find it, so we had to walk round to the main public entrances. Not too far out of the old city centre, which was OK, and staff extremely helpful, but the rooms themselves were a bit dowdy. Good sized bathrooms though, and plenty of hot water and a powerful shower.

	Room size was OK
	breakfast was fairly boring after the second day, and hard to attract the attention of the servers.
