Royal Fromentin

The hotel was nice and clean although the bathroom was very small and in need of renovation. Very polite English-speaking staff. Because of the proximity of the Moulin Rouge and the former red lamp district I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families with children, but for couples it is a good choice. I would definitely stay again.

Very quite and very confortable. Good breakfast.

Arriving late the night staff member was quite distant towards us but gave us basic instructions on room direction etc. Rooms were clean and bathrooms adequate with good shower pressure. Breakfast was continental and staff were friendly and timely. Hotel had a bar and allowed drinks to be taken to the room. Location of the hotel was deceiving as it was smack bang in the "red light" district and was noisy most of the night, not for the light sleeper. One good point was it was close to the Metro Peggali about 500mt and there is plenty of eating and supermarkets around the area, some good pubs too. If you are not looking for evening room comforts or mind the area then this hotel is fine for the trourist.

	Close to the Metro, breakfast and it had a downstairs bar for evening refreshments. Also had satelite TV with a few english speaking channels such as BBC news and CNN. Bed was comfortable.
	There was no fridge to keep water or other cold drinks or fruit, no coffee/tea making facilities and not enough power points in the room. Only one double in the room and one in the bathroom. Also more pillows.

Old and cozy. In central location very close to the Metro.

	The receptionists were extremely polite and helpful.
	The bar needs to be better stocked. Would not use the Hotel during the summer months as we had to sleep with the windows open becouse of the heat and the noise from the streets below was very disturbing. Due to its location,the Hotel, really needs to install air conditioning.

Room is small, staffs are fine
