Rooms a bit small. Heating not functioning in room. Water dripping down in bathroom from room above. No full-size mirror in room. Very professional and kind staff. Good breakfast buffet. Perfect location for expo at Porte de Versailles.

very good hotel I have enjoyed my stay
the room was very clean and neat, nice designing, and best locationto especially for businessmen who cames to the exhibition, and very close to the Metro , also a lot of coffee shops and restaurant near the hotel. |

the room was a little small, and not enough room in the closet |

The most terrible place I have seen within the last few years. Hard to belive that a serious organisation is recommending such a place. I stay about 80 nights per year in Hotels. I was forced by Hotel staff to ask the Management for a spoon, they were running out of spoons. But the management did not feel to buy any of them. What should someone say!? I highly recommend you to renovate this Hotel immediately.

poor maintenance, dirty walls, dirty curtains, it stinks all over, weak beds, Cigaretts outside the windowframe etc. |

Overall a decent city hotel with good parking facilities (20Euro a day). Our room was very small, but we slept well :)
The hotel is located inside the cityring and very near two metrostations, which makes it easy the get anywhere in the city within short time. |

didn't feel at all welcomed. My booking came up wrong. This I challenged, and they agreed to my request. The triple room was on the ground floor. A fair size but oh so so dark and stuffy. Not safe to open window. The shower hung off the wall - curtain was too short - bathroom flooded. The double room - dark and dingy, but clean. No drawers to put clothes in - a tiny wardrobe. no coffee or tea making facilities. No hooks anywhere to hang clothes. Bathroom was tiny and worn out. Shower constantly came off the wall, needed regrouting and shower curtain again was too short so flooded everywhere when used. Mattress in room sunk in the middle so we ended up there too. If you had the window open it was so noisy, if you had it shut you'd suffocate! No information on Paris and whats on in reception. Asked for a map of the area and got given a disneyland leaflet....just what you need to get out and about. Asked about markets, no one knew. .
Breakfast was great but get there well before 10am, everything goes and if you ask for a cup of tea at 1min past ten its a big no no. |

Practically everything I'm afraid. The decor was dark and dingy and full of animal prints. This made the fact that the reception was tiny, the lift claustrophobic, the hallways tight and the rooms titchy even worse than they could have been. I wanted to run in there with a magnolia roller and shout 'let there be light'. Very depressing. |

It is a quit nice little hotel. The metro station is very close, so its easy to reach the city centre. The breakfast was quite good. No problems at all. We enjoyed our stay.
