Paris Hotel Gare de Lyon

The bed cover was terribly dirty. I was very scared to touch it. There was no windows screen at all. Insects could wildly in and out. Staff could not calculate room fee properly. I was over charged twice. The lady who work there July the 7th even refused to recalculate until I insist on she over charged me and argue with her for a long time. Show room was tiny. Breakfast for the third person was incredibly expensive, 11Euros for milk, juice, bread and cheese only.

	Bed sheets and towers are very clean.

The location is good, pretty close to a main subway and railway hub. But the room is too small and staff is not that friendly. we just ask for 30 mins deley of check-out, but the answer is very firm, no.

Excellent location for Gare du Lyon, also easy walk along quays to Left Bank, Notre Dame etc.. Basic but comfortable and clean. Excellent restaurant nearby - la Taverna opposite the station, open late.

	The lift broke down - not a pleasant experience - but quickly dealt with by the staff.

I stayed in the basement. I could feel the vibrations from metro every 5 minutes. When I fell asleep, suddenly I was waken up by a call from the reception. Gentelman in the reception was looking for a missing key.?!

Very near to the Metro. so ideal for getting about. Also walking distance of the Bercy Arena which was a main reason for us choosing this hotel. Very good value for money with a nice buffet breakfast

Nice hotel. Good price in December, but "normal price" too high fir ** hotel.

Small hotel reasonably close to Gare de Lyon. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. For Paris, a good deal for the price.

	Receptionist was not friendly or hospitable - reluctant to allow us to interrupt his telephone conversation when we arrived.

Very clean. If the train station is your goal it's perfect. Not a lot of things to do in the immediate area. lots of restaurants. no soundproofing. Small rooms but not uncomfortable. Would stay there again. lem, sem
