The hotel is in a VERY BAD CONDITION. I left the hotel after one night stay because evryhting in the room was either broken or did not work. The hotel is not a 3 star hotel.

it was not so clean as should be as a 3 star hotel. The staff at the reception wasn't so friendly and smiling except of one and in the room too many things were broken. The positive thing is near to the metro station and near to supermarket.

This hotel is a good value for the money. It is out of the major tourist areas, but with easy access to most of the city. The hotel is very convenient to metro and bus links. It is on a busy street - rue Lafayette - but the room was quiet.

Most of the staff was wonderful. One receptionist was not. A pipe broke while we were there so there was no hot water and no breakfast. Instead of appologizing, the receptionist yelled at me that her legs were wet, it was not her fault and she had no idea where we could get breakfast. When I mentioned this incident at checkout, the manager did appologize profusely. The 6 under staff rating was due to this one employee. Had we not encountered her, the rating would have been an 8 or 9. Breakfast was adequate. There were very few people staying in the hotel when we were there - we were there during a really off travel time - but from what we saw in the breakfast room, it is usually more generous. |
