The only thing missing was the kettle for boiling water for some tea or coffee

The mini bar was not well stocked. The list of servies in the rrom indicated that there was dinner available. When I asked the desk clerk, he said that the bar man would arrange it for me. The bar man said "no". I still don't understand if there was any food service other than breakfast. There was a computer for internet connection in the lobby with a sign saying that one could buy access cards at the desk. The first day I was told that the man with the ards had just left for the day. The next day I was told there were no cards that day.
