Hôtel Montpensier

This October 2008, my husband and I stayed in Hotel Montpensier for 6 days and 5 nights. We booked a double bedroom but they gave us a triple bedroom which of course was to our advantage (more space for us). In terms of location, it was fantastic! Our room was basically cleaned everyday even the towels were changed daily. Staff was friendly and always willing to give us pointers and directions to our headed destinations. There were no AC but Paris was cold that time so there was really no need for an air-conditioning system. Without any doubt, the Value for money was absolute. However, be prepared to ride the the smallest cute lift that could fit only 1 person plus his/her luggage.

good location next to louvre. clean. staff was very nice, even when they tought we were from sweden!
