Hotel Lotti

The location of this hotel is very good. Our reception and assistance from Jean-Baptiste at concierge was also very good. Our executive hotel room was beautiful and generously sized for the family. The restaurant manager took one look at our children and wasn't pleased to have us for supper, which forced us to go out very late to another restaurant. The carpets from the elevator and down the hall to the rooms lifted and needed a serious clean.

Very nice hotel in great location. Rooms are fairly spacious for Paris and bathroom was nicely appointed. Food was good in the restraunt and the prix fix menu a good value. Concierge and front desk people were pleasant and helpful. Comfortable lobby with a nice selection of newspapers available for guests to read. Walking distance to many important sites such as the Louvre and Paris Opera House with many Metro stops close by. We would definately return on future trips to Paris.

	It would be great to have more English language TV choices. CNN and Skynews gets a little tedious after a while.

Superb location! The hotel has really nice public areas in a grand style and very pleasant and helpful front of house staff. Cleanliness and room servicing was excellent. The faults were the usual faults associated with many Paris hotels: The double room was much too small and cramped for this class of hotel. It was overheated and the heating/airconditioning control was indecipherable and impossible to use and the room overlooked a small light-well directly over the airconditioning machinery. Not very pleasant.

The best part is the location, and its also a grand hotel. Some rooms are renovated in a new wing, ours was not and had electrical issues as well as pealing paint in the bathroom. It sorts of needs a little facelift. Staff and concierge are great, very helpful and try their hardest.

The space of room where we stayed with you is narrow for the two. The bath room shower curtain is not convenient enough for showering because glass panel is too small to stop the water splash out. As a Hotel hospitality, it is recommended to you to provide the tea set with electric water heater. Pet bottled mineral water service is recommended.
