We are a familly of four (with 2 children) and we stayed at Opera Richepanse for 9 nights. We had the Duphot Suite for accomodation, which was very spacious, with a five star hotel amenities (from bath robe and slippers to internet access and coffee maker). The hotel is in a great location with easy access to all the major Paris attractions and just 3' walking to one of the most important Metro station (Madelaine). The staff at the front desk is extremely friendly and willing to help every time, they all speak fluently English and provide best service (from giving us guides how to get to all destinations to booking us at the Moulin Rouge). In a very intimate location (like a wine cellar), breakfast is wonderful and is great value for money comparing to what the offer is in the City. Also it last until 10.30 a.m. and if you are to lazy to get to breakfast, it will come to you in the room by simply asking this at the reception! Overall we had a great vacation and will reccommend the hotel to all our friends whilst we hope to have the chance to get back!.

At the front desk the rack rate INCLUDING BREAKFAST and all taxes and services was Euro 530.00/night for the Duphot Suite whilst we were charged more than Euro 600.00/night and had to bargain with the Management to include breakfast in the price. Not quite sure why was that and would appreciate if I can get some clarification from the hotel Management.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent location close to two metro lines. Room a reasonable size for Paris with very nice up to date bathroom. Breakfast room looked very nice but we did not use it ourselves.

This was my second stay in this hotel. Prime location! The front-desk staffs are very efficient and fluent in English. I've already booked a room in this hotel for my next trip to Paris.
I love their professional and friendly staff.
The noise from the street was extremely disturbing exept for midnight. This hotel is certainly not a day spa. CNN and BBC were not available.

There isn't a car park and it's very difficult to stop with a car,even if for a few minutes, near the hotel.
