Best Western La Tour Notre Dame

staff very pleasant and helpfull great location

	the room was a bit noisy due to the lift

we requested a change in our room as it was on the street side and very noisy at night. That was done the next morning with no problem. We did find the room very small in comparison to hotels in Canada but have stayed in hotels in Europe before and realise that European rooms are smaller. Nevertheless this was the smallest room we have ever stayed in!!!!!!!! Staff were willing to deal quickly and efficiently with us requests and seemed anxious to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible! We would gladly return to this hotel!
