1.Rooms are very small 2.Construction going on = noise at 8:30 3.Pictures/description create a different expectation vs reality 4.Someone tried to enter room at 4 a.m.and no one answered swithchboard Difficult to consider as a 4 ****,more like a 3 ***,even in Paris
