I did not expect what i saw at Arley Tour Eiffel. Prior to our arrival i called to double check our reservations and from there i was already impress with the service i received from the reception personnel, Asal. He was very receptive, polite and accomodated me as a future guest to be with warmth. We were looking forward to meeting him but Arnel instead was on duty who was as responsive as well. Later that night and the rest of our stays we dealt with Asal too. I then thought that that is how Arly employees are. Courteous, helpful and most of all attentive to guest needs. Rooms were clean when we arrived and all through out our stay. Location was perfect, viewing the Eiffel tower at night in bed was amazing. I willl definetly recommend your hotel to friends. I have taken some of your cards to give away to friends who can have the same experince we had. A hotel away from home but is like home. Keep up the good service.
The service we received from the reception. Ofourse the view was fantastic.
I cannot think of anything we did not like. For a three star hotel it was really good.

A modest but comfortable and pleasant establishment. Nice brasseries nearby.
Friendly staff & relaxed ambiance make one feel at home.
Room very small, as always in Paris in this price category. As a business traveller I could have done with a convenient power point for my laptop and a somewhat larger working surface.
