Nixe Palace

I really like this hotel. I liked how it felt like a 1920s Hollywood hotel with class. The rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I would stay here again. I loved how this hotel was tucked away in the small cove directly on the beach. The sound of the waves each night was lovely. Two concerns I had: 1. We were not allowed to use the pool for two whole days of our stay because of publicity photos for the hotel. I find this inappropriate as I am paying for full use of the hotel facilities. 2. The third night there was a wedding reception in the main room directly off of the balcony bar inside and out. The hotel staff was busy catering to all of the wedding party needs. The wedding party consumed all of the space in the main lobby and balcony bar meaning hotel guests could not stay in these spaces or be served. Again, I find this inappropriate as I am a paying customer who should not be the one accommodating the wedding party. This hotel needs to remember it is a 5 star rated hotel which means I as a customer should receive topnotch service. That is why I stay 5 star!

	It was directly on the beach. No small children running around because a small, beautiful hotel. I loved the spa area, jacuzzi, steam room, tropical shower, very tastefully done and a very enjoyable area.

Absolutely brilliant hotel Staff very helpful, polite always smiling.

	Breakfast was very expensive, and not great value. Would have liked coffee making facilities in the room.

We stayed in the hotel for a few days in the late November 2007 having a nice time in a quiet hotel of good standars being service by a very polite and service minded staff. The hotel buildings are in good shape and nicely refurbished, but funitures are getting a little outdated
