Our 2 night stay at the Belludi 37 was the highlight of a recent two week European vacation. We arrived very early (8:00am)on our arrival date after a 7 day cruise and were warmly welcomed and offered breakfast immediately. We had only asked to leave our bags and to return upon the scheduled check-in time. The owner apologized that a room was currently unavailable and offered us the first room that was opened. When we returned later that day, the owner personnally moved our bags to our room and asked if we needed directions or maps of the area. Throughout our stay, the staff was very cheerful and looked forward to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Clean, modern, a great-value, central location, and spaceous, the Belludi 37 far outshined previously stayed-in 3 or 4 star rated hotels. On our last night, the owner left us a nice bottle of red wine and a note thanking us for choosing his hotel. If you are headed to Venice, Padua, or Verona, the Belledi 37 is a must stay!

If you want an unpretentious, safe and hospitable place to stay, central to transport and the various places of interest, I would recommend Belludi 37. It does not provide luxurious accommodation but it does provide all that visitor to Padova would want including coffee, drinks, internet access and a wonderful breakfast for a very reasonable rate. I have already recommended Belludi 37 to my friends.
Mauro and family and other staff were unfailingly helpful and welcoming. I was travelling alone but felt very much at home there -as if I were with friends. |

The hotel was perfect for me - I was travelling on my own and couldn`t speak any Italian. The staff were friendly and very helpful which was such a relief after a two and a half hour flight and a long train ride from Milan. The large bed and beautiful room were also a real treat - when travelling on your own and on a budget you don`t normally expect luxuries like that so it was really lovely. This stay set me up for a fabulous time in both Venice (only 20 minutes on the train away) and Padua and if I have the chance to return I would definitely stay at Belludi37 again.

My plan was to stay here only for 2 nights but I ended up in staying a whole week. I was lucky to have one of the most beautiful rooms of the hotel! Nice furnished(with care and tastful),balcony,a perfect vieuw (St. Antonio) and very clean. It's a quit hotel. The staff is polite, open, funny, perfect english speeking and helpfull. Although I didn't use it:breakfast looked better than usual; various food and healthy. I stay a few times a year in hotels all over the world and indeed: the bed was even better than my own.I also want to mention that the hotel is located very central from everything. You can easely walk to everywhere you want to go in Padova. The busconnection to the central train station is around the corner. I recommend this hotel to everyody who wants to visit Padova.
