Hotel Galicja

Very nice and clean location . Staff very helpful.

We arrived at the hotel to find that the booking i made 4 months earlier had been messed up by the hotel! The staff on reception blamed everything from the language barrier to how my surname is spelt? It took ages to sort and we ended up getting less than what we asked for. It was very dissapointing particulaly after a long journey but we decided to make the most of it. The only reason we settled on less was because the receptionist started to cry! Not very proffesional. That said the hotel was very comfortable although it was very hot and air con would have helped and the price was very good.

	The hotel was clean and in a good area.
	More towels and air con would be nice. A proffesional on reception would also be a good move for the hotel.

This was an excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was fantastic and the location was perfect for us, the main reason for our visit was to go to the Auschwitz museum.

The Italian restaurant in the hotel had excellent service and the food was really good.

	I had booked the apartment but it was quite small and the room was very cold when we arrived.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and found it to be very comfortable and restful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were impressed with the level of english which made communication so much easier for us. The food was magnificent and the young waiter who was present in the evenings was delightful.

Verry nice hotel, not only the room was clean but all e.g. the garden and its nice outdoor bar and "fastfood" place. Nice siuated.

	The outdoor bar / place where we had steamed(?) mael in a big pan.

Everything about this hotel is "just right". But it was the friendly and helpful staff that make the most lasting impression.
