great hotel you could not get closer to the sea if you tried, nice quite location. Made us feel very welcome, and even made me put my motorbike in the garage. Loved the place and would go back again if in the area

I would have prefered a restaurant with a wider a la carte menu

	It seemed a little bit old - but the rooms were fine and more comfortable

Couldnt get closer to the waterside than this. Rooms were fine but much of the rest seemed run down, and this made it seem rather expensive for the overall quality.

	Rooms newly refurbished. Lovely sound of water outside the window
	Bar has very limited choice of drinks and was without any atmosphere and dirty windows obscured the sea view. Basement and access to beach etc very run down, in contrast to rooms which were fine.
