Very pleasant helpful staff. Especially in the breakfast room. Gave useful directions and local information .

Good, quite cheap hotel in the heart of Oslo. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is a very good location - just a few minutes to the Railway station, Bus Station, main street, IKEA bus stop. Staff at the reception is VERY pleasant and helpful. The map, free delicious cofee&cake are avaliable and was very useful. We were in a hotel at 10 o'clock and our room was ready by 12 o'clock, so we needn't wait till 3pm as it said in a booking.

	Only one minor remark: As way too few are using the towel, I would prefer that the hotel kitchen slices the bread for breakfast.

Very nice, friendly and welcoming staff, clean room and bathroom, good selection of food for breakfast. Close to railway station, not a particularly "nice" area, and a bit out of the way for my purpose. But very good value for money (internet rate)
