they didnt find my booking even i had orderd 2 weeks earlyer and had my bookingnr with me. the elevator was not in order, and the rooms was wery cold the air condidtion stood on the whole ninght also and was wery disturbing.

The hotel looks "tired" and typically fitted into a old buliding. Not very sound proof between rooms and elevations. Elevator very small. Breakfast good

my initial single room was completely unacceptable and the shower room was like entering a dark coffin. When I voiced my disappointment at reception I was given a double room which was just about the size of a reasonable single room but significantly lighter and better than the single . The room cleanliness was good but the general staircase, lobby areas are shabby

decor and room size were very disappointing also was overcharged 500 kroner on checkout, only knew about this because I had the original charges from my on line booking, had to query it and have it rebilled so interfering with my credit card statement etc I would recommend it but with a health warning on these issues and I would not stay there again because I could not rely on the upgrade to the bigger room which is a pity because I have to go to OSlo several times a year. |

No heating in bathroom. No sign ("Do not disturb") in room. Some of the staff in the breakfast room did not speak well norwegian, this could be problematic for some customers. The hotel is fairly expensive |
