Clarion Collection Hotel Gabelshus

Nice family hotel with friendly staff and good organic meals. Complimentary evening waffles and meal was a great bonus :-)

Room not availibel as promised. Had to wait for cleening! Not polite welcome at the reseption. Felt ignored.

	Seemed to be no online link between the hotel and the booking company, whitch resulted in some problems when we changed the date of arrivel

Nice atmosphere, nice location, the idea of healthy food ist great and that you offered the cold an hot drinks all day and the salad in the evening - this is not to be find in Germany- great.

	The water in the bathroom was a bid yellow

Hotel Gabelshus is a very comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood of Oslo. (It is within walking distance to the castle). The hotel and the rooms are very tasty furnished, the staff is friendly and the food (buffet) is excellent. I can warmly recommend it to everyone, who needs accomodation in Oslo and I will stay there myself during my next trip to Oslo.

I`ve stayed at the Hotel several times. I prefered the old part of it with rooms like stylr og "good old days". Now they are rehabilitating this part in to the new style in minemalistic way. This make it colder and not so cosy and warm atmosfear. I have to find another Hotel after the last stay.

	The atmosfear, good bed and silence.Close by down town.
	I don`t like the new style of the Hotel who they now are bringing in.Problems with parking my car, no parking for handicaped as me.
