Yours wireless internet not working properly. we are stayed in your hotel two times and never get connection .

Close to the train station.

(1) It seems this hotel does not check the facilities before customers check-In. The shower did not work when I wanted to take a shower after the whole day's travel & it was to late to have someone for fixing. I had to sleep with a tired body. Although after I reported to the front desk and it was rapaid the second day, but I could not go back to be relaxedf for the first night. I was very unhappy about it. (2) This is the only hotel I have experienced that asks customers to pay full fare in advance. I don't know why? You don't trust the customers, or you are afraid that customers may check out earlier due to the bad service? Besides, the elevator was so small, there is no lobby...The staff was not always being at the front desk, I was worrying about the safety to live in a hotel like that. I traveled from the north to the south in Germany this time, this hotel was the worst one amoung all the hotels I lived there. But the price looks like a 3 star hotel's... The prices does not match the hotel's equipments and services.

Hospitality of the staff (except for one staff in Brakfast cafeteria)and very clean facilities.
