Watt Tredici Hotel

What you can see in hotel's web site is trough: perfect designed and pleasant place to stay. It is comfortable using tram to reach city centre. Employees in reception are very kind and detailed helpful. If you decide to have breakfast between 8 - 9 is a little bit confused and crowded situation, but all employees do their best.

	Designed and too clean environment, rich variety in breakfast, quiet safe area next to buss and tram stations, easy to find super market, restaurants and pizzerias in few meters distance.

The hotel is very nice. We booked a superior room. The difference with a normal double room was e.g. a bathrobe, slippers, free internet and free mini bar. At arrival we noticed that the previous guest had been smoking (and a lot too). I know it is not their fault but the maid should have cleaned it better or changed the air. There where no slippers nor bathrobe and we where charged for internet. When I asked for the bathrobe, they said they would bring it, but I received ONE (we are with 2 persons) only after having asked for it 3 times the last night. We wrote an e-mail to the managing director. He was extremely quick and professional by answering us within a few hours. He gave us a weekend for free, but we had to use it before December 31st (So within a month) and still the bathrobe and slippers where not sent to our room. Furthermore the hotel is rather noisy and the rooms are extremely small.

It is new and completely different than 'standard' hotels. That why we chose it, even if it is very difficult to reach, we prefered it to other hotels.

The staff; they are nice but not competent. It is also difficult to reach the center by public transportation. There is a bus, but at the reception they dont know the time table, they dont sell tickets for the bus or metro. In November I returned for a weekend to Milan, but because of these experiences, I preferred to sleep at the Baglioni again. They are of course very old fashioned, but the staff is extremely competent and the receptionists help you with tickets, etc.

Beautiful hotel, very high class, amazing breakfast (we didn't have the rest of the meals), the location wasn't taht good because we needed to take 2 buses to anywhere we wanted to get, but beside that everything was excellent !!! highly recomended

we get a very good price for this hotel with good comfort but the hall is not welcoming, too big. We arrive late for breakfast but the friendly staff give us delicious things to nibble and drinks. The Rooms are not very big but quite well designed.
