The Location was excellent,100 Meters from station,and was the best hotel I have stayed at in 38 years of mainly budget world travel. We selected the hotel for location and price but were pleasantly surprised by it's quality and value. Our train to Paris departed early, the Hotel provided an amazing packaged breakfast for the train. I would recommend it to any level of traveller.

This hotel is right across from the Malpensa Shuttle--very convenient. As a single woman, I felt very welcomed by the afternoon porter and front desk staff and later that evening by the wait staff in the restaurant. The room was super clean with plenty of supplies--towels, robe, slippers, complimentary tea/coffee, toiletries. I was sorry only that I was staying for one night before returning home. I have already recommended the hotel to friends who will be traveling to Milano.

	The individual attention I was given, the help with how to use the subway system, the wonderful breakfast, the excellent dinner reasonably priced.
	I asked for a quiet room which I received, but it was at the back of the hotel with a dreary view so I had to keep the sheer curtains closed always.
