Hotel Berna

everything was nice, apart from the executive suite which we found to be very small, but nice

a really comfortable stay, great location for the station and then walking into Milan

	Comfortable beds and really helpful reception staff with very friendly staff.

Excellent in staff service, comfort and value. Excellent location. Beautiful little touches.

	Helpful and accommodating staff. Stayed 1 night on 11 Oct in a triple room that was small. We requested for a better room and were given a luxurious one on 19 Oct when we returned. Transport to airport arranged by the hotel was super value too.
	This is my 1st stay in Hotel Berna.

Ialways enjoy my stay at Berna.Excellent service.I appreciate your reading room with access to so many Italian papers. The breakfast is almost too tempting.....am already looking forward to my next stay at the Berna.

Hotel is good reachable from central station with own parking facilities (extra price)

	Proffesional receiption during very late arrival. very nice ambient and atmosphere. Continal breakfast with Italien touch and personal hospitality. Good equiped bathroom, however small renovation is recommended. Sterling room impression
	Extra effort is necassary to enter the Hotel with heavy cases due to door/step possition.

? Good Point on Hotel Berna 1. Minibar was free at any time. 2. Breakfast was very good and delicious. 3. Staffs were very kind and speaks pretty good English. 4. Taxi service was fast. 5. Room was always nice & spaceous & clean. 6. Bidet was established on the bathroom & it was very comfortable. ? Bad Point on Hotel Berna 1. Show room was ridiculously too small and it made us very uncomfortable. 2. Elevator was also ridiculously too small and was too slow. 3. I wished you had a small shop selling souvenirs of Italy.

The staff was hepful and fiendly especially the bartender who went above and beyond for us (great travel tips and restaurant recommendations) he made our stay even better.The rooms were cozy and clean.The breakfast buffet was very fresh with something for everyone.

Every time I have stayed at this hotel they have been extremely helpful and friendly. It is very convenient for the metro etc. Many good restaurants close by.

	Internet service is cheap and works, usually hotels try to charge the earth for internet.
	Television is limited, few English channels.
