The location is quite good - half way between the Central Station and the Duomo. The internet room rate (not available at the reception) is excellent - book online. There is no restaurant in the hotel but they do provide a breakfast which is adequate. There is a Sempione restaurant next door which was a little expensive but there is no shortage of restaurants in the area. The hotel is clean and I would consider it again.
This was a clean no nonsense hotel.
The Air Conditioning was out of service (we assume temporarily) which made sleeping conditions uncomfortable.
A noisy device/fan? outside our room (307) and flashing lights on the ceiling fitted smoke detector irritated a little.

Nice hotel close to city center and main railway station. clean modern rooms with all conviniences. breakfast was a little bit boring - always the same food.
